We know that when ordering a design project, the client wants to get not just a beautiful picture, but a detailed repair manual, where it is written step by step what, when and for how much you can buy and how to do it.
Therefore, we have developed a system that allows you to implement the project "exactly" as on visualization, on time and within budget.
After getting to know you, we go to measure the object. If the work is remote, you send us a plan of the developer with dimensions, a photo of all the premises, the location of communications.
We work only under the official contract. After agreeing and signing the contract, you make an advance payment of 50%. The rest of the amount you pay upon completion of the work.
When compiling the TOR, we determine your desires and needs, stipulate every corner of the future space. This allows us to make our cooperation as effective as possible.
The first step is planning approval. Next, we visualize the interior of each room, discuss, and make changes. At this stage, finishing materials, furniture, colors and textures are coordinated.
After agreeing on the visualizations, we develop all the drawings for the implementation of the project, work out the specifications of finishing materials, furniture, and equipment for assembly.
After completion, the project is transferred to implementation. Architectural supervision allows the customer to significantly save time and money. The designer's control minimizes the risks of non-compliance of the work with the declared project.
